Recites marriage settlement of Thomas Dundas and Lady Charlotte dated 22 and 23 May and that Sir Lawrence wishes to substitute the following property for the Loftus estate
Now the Loftus estate is conveyed to 3 in trust for Sir Lawrence in fee and the following property is conveyed to 2 in order to be settled as soon as possible to the uses of the marriage settlement:
131 burgage houses in Richmond with right of pasturage in Whitecliff Pasture which were known by the names of the Duke of Whartons, the Marquis of Wharton and the Family Burgages and were purchased by Sir Lawrence Dundas from the Earl of Holderness 23 and 24 February 1763
