Description | Recites codicil bequeathing £2000 and an annuity of £200 for life to Mrs Amelia Cope, wife of John Cope esquire, made at Nice in Italy in February or March last 'Whereas I have very good and sufficient reasons to alter that egacy and annuity. 'In place thereof I recommend to my son to give her allowance of £25 yearly during her life to be paid her in such manner and at such times as he shall judge proper, always takig care that her husband do not receive any part of the same'.
