DescriptionHas examined register of seisines for Stirling with Jack Dundas, and found it full of rasures, blurs and scorings, and has advised Mr Pringle and Mr Dundas to examine all the original seisines. Mr McKillop should be severely taken to task for it. Requests favour of help to succeed William Mackenzie, one of the Commissars of Edinburgh, who is in a galloping consumption and cannot Iive above a few weeks
