The house to pass to Robert Wilson, eldest son of Clare Davison, after her decease and the closes called Ouldby Closes to Henry Wilson her second son. Robert Wilson is to pay £10 to his sister Dorothy after the death of their mother. Henry Wilson is to pay 20s p.a. from the closes called Ouldby Closes to the poor of the parish of Thirsk forever To Mary Jackson, wife of John Jackson of Thirsk all his interest in a term of years which he has in the house in Thirsk wherein James Clarkson now dwelleth and the two cottages thereunto belonging
