DescriptionRecites provision by Sir Lawrence Dundas in his deed entil of estates in Stirling, Clackmannan, Fife, Orkney and Zetland 25 May 1768 (recorded in register of tallies in Scotland 3 July) for son Thomas Dundas to raise up to £25000 for younger children
Bond of provision and disposition in secutiry, 11 Jul 1814 (recorded in Books of council and session in Scotland, 30 Nov 1820) securing following items for younger children on above property:
To Archibald Speirs in right of wife Margaret £4000
To Robert Chaloner in right of wife Frances Laura £3000
To Charles William Viscount Milton in right of wife Mary £3000
To J C Ramsden in right of wife Isabella £300
To Thomas Lawrence Dundas £4900
To Robert Lawrence Dundas £4900

And conveying barony of Ballinbreich as further security. On death of G H L Dundas intestate, T L Dundas as his immediate elder brother became entitled to his portion of £4900 and settled this sum to the uses of his marriage settlement, appointig R L Dundas and Thomas Perrott trustees
Thomas Earl of Zetland, the heir in possession of the entailed lands, has paid £500 of the principal
Sir R L Dundas has died and Thomas Perrott appoints following additional trustees: Frederick Dundas of Hanover Square MP for orkney and Zetland, J T Wharton of Skelton Castle and Edward Horseman MP for Cockermouth
