TitleProbate of the will of Lawrence Dundas Earl of Zetland
DescriptionTo only unmarried daughter Charlotte Jane Dundas if she shall not have married in testators lifetime and in addition to every provision made by this will and by any will or settlement of property in Scotland: annuity of £1000 for life so long as she shall continue unmarried
To son Charles Dundas such sum as what his share of the sum of £15000 provided by testators marriage settlement for portions of daughter and younger sons will make up the sum of £10000
To each of daughters, Margaret Bruce yeoman and Charlotte jane Dundas, such sum as what her share of the same £15000 will make up the sum of £10000
The above annuity and legacies are charged on real estate in England
To daugher Margaret Bruce yeoman, further sum of £1000
To daughter Harriet Frances Lane £1000
To son John Charles Dundas all real and personal estate in the islands of Granada and Dominica
To eldest son Thomas Dundas all real estate in Ireland
To eldest son Thomas Dundas, Charles William Earl Fitzwilliam and William Hale of Acomb esquire, estates at Aske and Richmond and all other real estates in England in trust to raise sums charged by father's marriage settlment or by this will and subject to these charges to the use of eldest son Thomas Dundas for life, remainder in tail male, remainder to son John Charles Dundas, remainder in tail male, remainder to right heirs

Codicil:
To son John Charles Dundas, a snuff box with a view of the bay of Naples on the lid

Codicil:
To trustees, the piece of plate whcih Queen Victoria lately presented on trust to hold it so that the person entitled to the real estate shall also hold this plate
To daughter Charlotte Jane if she shall be unmarried at testators death, two carriages, three carriage horses and three saddle horses
