Recites marriage settlement of William Earl Fitzwilliam and Lady Charlotte Ponsonby, 9 and 10 Jul 1770

Now Lord Fitzwilliam covenants to pay an annuity of £500 during the joint lives of Lord Milton and Mary Dundas after theri marriage to such person or uses as Mary shall direct or in default of such appointment to her sole use and he also covenants to secure this payment as a charge upon his settled estates as soon as Lord Milton reaches the age of 21 and s able to join with him in executing a deed and to secure a jointure of £5000 of Lord Milton survives Lord Fitzwilliam
