The lease of the following prperty is assigned: Parcel of ground in Swallow Street, parish of St James, Liberty of Westminster fronting east on the street, west on the back of houses in Sackville street adjoining north on ground heretofore belonging to nathan Carrington west on propety formerly belonging to Lord Westmoreland containing 108 feet north to south 45 feet in breadth from east to west of the north end and 50 feet 10 inches to breadth of the south end with outbuildings

Granted for a term of 43 years by lease of 23 July 1767 to Sir Lawrence Dundas

Sir Thomas also assigns the furniture in Arlington Street in trust for security of the loan. Detailed scedule annexed
