2 messuages in Gilmonby, a garth, East and West Meadow Closes, a pasture close called East Close Head, Bull Ings, Cragills, the Park with 16 cattle gates on Gilmonby Cow Pasture and a rateable proportion of moor or common, all in Gilmonby in tenancy of the Dalstons at rent of 31s; also a cottage in Gilmonby now in the tenure of Symond Blackborne at rent of 2d p.a. with commons of pasture on Gilmonby Moor in proportion
to a rent of 31s 2d.

Covenant to indemnify (2) against encumbrances, excepting a rent of 3s 1d per annum, a proportion of the Crown rent of 23s 7 1/2d - payable on the manor of Gilmonby.

Covenant to levy fine on above props which amongst others were intended to be conveyed to the several tenants and purchasers thereof and to Henry Newcombe and Nicholas Jackson.
