Messuage in Gilmonby, a garth and meadow close called the West close, meadow close called the East close, another called Cragill and Wrecklinge Hole, now lying in one, 5 cattle gates in Gilmonby Cow Pasture with a proportion of moor or common, all in tenancy of Ranolde Braken and all other props in Gilmonby for which Ranolde Braken paid the yearly rent of 11s 2d, with commons of pasture upon Gilmonby Moor "when the same shal be stinted in close or divided" with all houses, buildings, mines of coal, quarries of stone etc.

Covenant to indemnify Ranolde Braken against all encumbrances except a proportion of the Crown rent of 23s 7 1/2d levied on the whole manor of Gilmonby, the proportion being 13 1/2d yearly.

Covenant to levy fine of premises above,intended with others to be conveyed to other tenants and purchasers unto Henry Newcombe and Nicholas Jackson.
