Messuage with garth and garden behind the same in Bowes, adjoining a messuage late of Edward Bland, then of John Worstor on west, messuage late of William Kipling, then of Michael Aisleby snr on east, the town street on north, and back lane on south; also two closes called the Little High Fields and the Riggs (5 acres) in Bowes, adjoining lands late of William Alderson, then of William Walton and William Hutton on east, of George Edwards esq. on west, north and south and lately in the possession of Thomas Aisleby deceased

To (3) for the purpose of making him tenant in the freehold for the suffering of a common recovery, in which (4) was to be demandant, and (l) and (2) vouchees.
