Recites that (1) was anxious to obviate any doubt as to his title to property below.
Now (1) releases to (2):
messuage standing in the South Row of Bowes with the garth adjoining, bounded by the dwellinghouse of Mr. Forster on east, of Mr. Whitle deceased, now of George Clarkson on west, by the town street on north and the back lane on south, in the possession of John Richardson, Phoebe Copeland and (1).

In trust for (1) in fee
Covenant to levy fine.
