Recites indenture of 14 August 1710:
(1) Thomas Pulleine of Bolton, esquire
(2) Charles Whytell of Gilmonby, gentleman
(3) William Hamby of Gilmonby, yeoman
(4) George Alderson of Dikeheads, Bowes, yeoman
(5) Revd. Robert Rhodam, rector of Rombald [Romaldkirk], John Johnson, Thomas Wrighton, Charles Garfoot, and George Edwards (trustees for the Hospital of Rombald Church and the school of Bowes)
(6) John Brown of Northfields, yeoman
(7) Christopher Wilson of Gilmonby, yeoman (the persons entitled to an interest in the said pasture), electing surveyors as above, with George Bayliffe jnr, to survey Gilmonby West Pasture (240 acres) and to allot the same amongst the interested parties.

Now this Award allots to (4):
26 acres on west of the pasture, adjoining on the east land awarded to (5)

Allotment to (5):
40 acres adjoining allotment to (4) on the west, Hughill on the east, the Moor Fence on the south, and river Greta on the north

Allotment to (2):
59 acres adjoining allotment to (5) on the west, allotment to (6) on the east, near gate called Water Gate, adjoining allotment to (7) on the south and river Greta on the north. Further 37 acres adjoining allotments to (1) on the west, allotment to (3) on the east, Moor Fence on the south, and the enclosure of (2) on the north.

Allotment to (7):
11 acres adjoining lands of (2) on the west, allotment to (6) on the east, Moor Fence on the south, and other property of (2) called Lady Mires on the north.

Allotment to (6):
19 acres adjoining allotments to (2) and (7) on the west, allotment to (1) on the east, Moor Fence on the south and river on the north.

Allotment to (1):
29 1/2 acres adjoining allotment to (2) on the east, allotment to (6) on the west, the Moor Fence on the south and the enclosed land of (1) on the north.

Allotment to (3):
20 acres adjoining allotment to (2) on the West and north, the Moor Fence on the south and east.

Covenants:
(1) parties to build hedge and keep in repair.
(2) fence to be made round pasture, and to be maintained by (2) from Little Force west to the end of the wall, and by (6) that part on the Bowes side from Little Force East to Swineholme Dike.
(3) mineral rights to belong to land owners.
(4) a right of way to be allowed to (2) from his Dike Heads House through the allotments to (1) and (6) to his other property called Lady Mires.
(5) Long Gill Gate to be maintained by the owner of the ground and the road used as an ancient highway in lieu of the ancient way on Howback Head and Laslett.
