Dwelling house with yard at the back thereof in Bowes adjoining on the East the house and yard of William Aislleby and on the West the house and yard of Agnes Walker, on North the town street of Bowes and on South the way called the "behinde garrs" in tenancy of George Pearson senior and Thomas Pearson.

Subject to a 4d rent due to the King.

Covenant by George Pearson junior allowing George Pearson senior "house room and other conveniences as he hath had formerly in the said bargained premisses for himself onely dureing his Naturall Life".
