Moiety of a messunge in Gilmonby called Brakens Farm lately in the tenure of William Hamby late of Winton, co Westmoreland, gent, deceased, in tenancy of Margery Hamby or her sons of the ancient rent of 11s 2d per annun and containing closes called West Close, Acre close, Craggills with a garth and also 5 cattle gates in Gilmonby East Pasture and 4 cattle gates in the West Pasture with a rateable proportion of the soil and ground of said pastures as was due in respect of the said yearly rent.

Subject to a lease dated 13 November 1639 granted by Richard Hamby to George Moore of 99 years at peppercorn rent.
