Recites indenture of 30 September 1614 as abstracted ..... that on death of Raynald Braken a third part of said messuage and tenement descended to William and Alice Hawnby ..... that Thomas Clayton of Heygolme, Yorkshire, yeoman,and wife Alice had sold one third share of said messuage to William Hawnbye and Christopher Wilkinson.
Now (1) conveys to (2): moiety of messuage, garth and closes called the West close, the East close, Craggill and Wrecklingeholme and of all pasture gates in Gilmonby thereunto belonging in tenancy of William Hawnbye, Christopher Wilkinson and their assigns (the proportion of pasture gates to be according to the ancient rent of 11s 2d).
