- call roll, including a precept (dated 26 May 1858) to the sheriff to appear at the Quarter Sessions and to summon jurors and justices to the Sessions to be held at Northallerton on 29 June 1858. With names of those on Grand and Traverse Juries, and names of the sheriff, deputy sheriff, treasurer, coroners, high constables, bailiffs and keepers of the gaol at the castle of York and of the House of Correction at Northallerton [1 item]

- papers relating to the exemption from jury service of Mr Waddington, Hugh Kenwood Davey, William Nicholson, John Gibson, Thomas Rowland, Joseph Campion, Captain Elevon and Mr Kirby [12 items]

- warrants to the bailiffs of Hang West, Langbaurgh East and Whitby Strand to summon jurors for the Grand Jury and Traverse Jury [3 items]
