- call roll, including a precept (dated 13 December 1848) to the sheriff to appear at the Quarter Sessions and to summon jurors and justices to the Sessions to be held at Northallerton on 2 January 1849. Includes names of those on Grand and Traverse Juries, and names of the sheriff, deputy sheriff, treasurer, coroners, high constables, bailiffs and keepers of the gaol at the castle of York and of the House of Correction at Northallerton [1 item]

- certificates of service on the Grand and Traverse Juries [2 bundles]

- papers relating to exemption from jury service of Thomas Cannon, Mr Russell and Richard Outhwaite [3 items]

- alphabetical lists of those on the Grand and Traverse Juries [2 items]

- warrants to the bailiffs of Allertonshire, Gilling East and West, and Hang East to summon jurors for the Grand Jury and Traverse Jury [5 items]
