- call roll, including a precept (dated 19 September 1838) to the sheriff to appear at the Quarter Sessions and to summon jurors and justices to the Sessions to be held at Northallerton on 15 October 1838. With names of those on Grand and Traverse Juries, and names of the sheriff, deputy sheriff, treasurer, coroners, high constables, bailiffs and keepers of the gaol at the castle of York and of the House of Correction at Northallerton [1 item]

- papers relating to exemption from jury service of John Wood, Thomas Pickersgill, William Elliot and John Strong [2 items]
