DescriptionA calendar of prisoners confined in the House of Correction at Northallerton who are to be tried at the Sessions to be held at Northallerton on 3 May 1791. Includes:

- Elizabeth Bains late of the city of York, for fraud
- John Haw for stealing two pieces of ash timber from a saw-pit
- Robert Metcalf for stealing a pick-axe, three iron bars, and four iron wedges
- William Douglas and John Agar for stealing two large iron hammers; and Peter Knox for receiving them
- William Naylor for deserting from the 44th Regiment of Foot
- Michael Stewart for stealing a man's hat and a pair of men's worsted stockings
- Ann Hambleton alias Ann Brown, Elizabeth Turner, and Mary Smith for stealing a linen web, and about five yards of check

For want of sureties, for bastardy, etc
- John Burgh for disobeying an order for the maintenance of the bastard child of Hannah Wardel of Old Malton
- Christopher Fawcett for refusing to give security to indemnify the township of Askrigg for the bastard child of Issabella Trotter of Askrigg
- William Hutchinson for refusing to give security to indemnify the township of Kirby Knowle for the bastard child of Mary Eden of Kirby Knowle
- William Walker for refusing to give security to indemnify the township of Gilling for the bastard child of Jane Sparrow of Gilling
- Mary Carlton of Redcar for refusing find sureties to keep the peace towards Alice Thompson of Redcar
- Robert Good of Whitby carpenter for refusing to find sureties to keep the peace towards Jane Good his wife
- William Dale of Stokesley mariner for refusing to find sureties to keep the peace towards Margaret Dale his wife

- Francis Newton, committed for one month for leaving his master's service
- Eleanor Millar, committed for 28 days for getting a burden of stakes or hedgewood out of the grounds of William Potter of Guisborough
- John Howburn, committed for eight days for leaving his master's service
- John Foster, Jonathan Taylor, and Robert Harding, to remain in custody from their former sentence
- Richard Readhead, for refusing to find sureties to keep the peace towards William Readhead of Cayton
