Reciting will of James Pybus of Thirsk, gent, dated 4 Aug 1692 giving to the poor of Thirsk every Christmas 15s. p.a. out of his croft called Bransby Croft in Thirsk, to be distributed by the overseers of the poor.
And reciting that he gave the croft to Thomas Dunning and Henry Wilson to be sold, reserving the 15s. p.a. to the poor of Thirsk
Now party 1 conveys to party 2
All that parcel of land called Bransby Croft within the township of Thirsk and all appurtenances
Subject to the payment of the annual rent of 15s. every Christmas for the use of the poor of Thirsk
