Recites that (1) has received permission of the diocese of Ripon, the patron of the living, to seek a mortgage of £339 to rebuild the farm house and buildings appertaining to the vicarage. And that (2) have agreed to lend £339 to (1) upon mortgage of glebe tithes, rents and rent charges belonging to the vicarage.
Now £339 is to be paid by (2) to Thomas Brooke Senior esquire at 4%
