Recites that Christopher Burtton by a release of 18 Feb 1674/5, also that John Armistead by a release of 1 April 1676, also that Lawrence late of Dubcote now of Halton Gill par Arncliffe, bachelor, son and heir to Christopher, by a release of 13 Feb 1674/5: by virtue of above quitclaims Anthony Moore is lawfully seized of messuage, tenement and premises in Dubcote

1 firehouse with 1 turfhouse, 1 stable, 1 barn adjoining, with swinecoate and hen house at the east end of firehouse or dwelling house; and house called Andrew House; and Andrew Close, Calfe Close, Demnsmire, Demnsmire Head, Buckeside, Cripplebare, and New Close with 1 house standing in it, and 1 parcel of land on east of water called Hesgill Beck (1r), rights on Dubcote Scar, High Moor, Pen y Ghent, Moughton Bank, Conmrigg and Swarth Moor for 18s 4d ancient rent
