For the further advancement of the school, trustees are left £200 to be invested for benefit of school
For the poor of the parish of Horton in Ribblesdale, £10 to be paid to the churchwardens and overseers to be invested. Interest to be paid out annually to the poor
To Ann Lupton of Dubcote, widow, 20s
To the poor attending the funeral, dole of 1d each
Residue to kinsmen Hugh Armistead of Camm and John Taylor of Crook Lane Head, both of par Horton in Ribblesdale, yeomen, equally
2 gns owed by Thomas, John Taylor's son, shall fall in John's share
Hugh Armistead and John Taylor to be executors
