Overstannibar Close (5ac pasture) and the barn standing in it, 1 parcel of land called Widdow Flatt (1r arable) lying on west side of a close of Anthony Dowbiggin's, and 13s 4d ancient rent worth of herbage, bit of mouth and grassing in Dubcote Scarr within the manor of Horton.
Provided that the intent of both parties is that the profits from the above property shall be put to use for the sole benefit of the poor in the parish of Horton in Ribblesdale.
