Mentions that in no. 4 above, Barber was the bailiff of the present orator Pultney. Lists the freeholders liable to pay the rent. The orators now request a grant of a writ of injunction for stay of John Langdale's proceedings against them but also a writ directed to the freeholders commanding them to appear and make answer etc
