Fatt Hill Farm parish of Croft occupied by (2)
(2) to convert to tillage 14ac pasture ground on the West Moore, adjoining Peter Hood's low end of Salter Moore, to keep as tillage to the end of the term, and 3ac meadow at the low end of Cow Close, to keep as tillage until 2 crops are reaped
(2) to pay £5 for each acre more than the above 17ac which he ploughs up

(2) to take all cattle off pasture ground on 25 March before the end of the 3 year term, and keep them off till 1 May
