To wife annuity for life, annuity of £2500 charged on Irish estate and legacy of £5000. She is to have the use of house in Edinburgh for life
To Lieutenant Colonel James Masterton, annuity of £5000 for life
To Michael Burroughs now living with me annuity of £30 for life and all my wearing linen and apparell
To John Fryar my servant annuity of £10
To nephews Thomas and Charles debt due from brother Thomas by bond of £10000 with interest owing at death
To Alexander maitland one of the sons of Colnel Maitland of 31st Regiment of Guards £1000
To trustees £500 each
To each of servants living with me at death one years wages and decent mourning
