Excepting claims to dower of Elizabeth wife of J Bouvell and a Lease of the premises for 80 years or life of J Bouvell made by J Bouvell to William Young of Spaunton. W Carrington to covenant to pay £30 yearly for 10 years after death of J Bouvell to such person or persons as J Bouvell shall appoint by his last will.
