messuage, two barns, one stable, one garden, two yards, 11 parcels of land (53ac), two orchards and three pieces of wood ground called Chippill Wood, Red Libbitts alias Levetts Wood and Homefielde Spring (27ac) in parishes of Ash next Stansted and Hartely

Recites a mortgage of the premises for £200 by J & D B [John and Dorcas?] to John Collenvell (21 April 1659), and that he subsequently advanced further sums to them, in consideration of which £356 is owing in all. Covenant to levy a fine of the premises to the uses (one third each) of Frances, Mary and Susan Collenvell.
