Robert to take over tenancy of farm at Sand Hutton, held by William at rent of £8 from John Brewster of Aldby esq. William to live with them on the farm, being provided with meat, drink, washing and lodging; otherwise Robert to pay him £5 a year.

Endorsed with acknowledgement by Robert Richardson that the livestock on the farm is the property of William Avison; and that he will pay at valuation for any he thinks fit to buy. |
