Description | To nephews George and John Carpenter and to Thomas Atkinson of Lincolns Inn Fields, gentlemen, all real estate in Esher in Surrey, 4 cottages adjoining (3 of which are let) and the cottage kennel and 20 acres. of land in Cobham, rented from Lord Strathrnore, with all furniture, dead and live stock about the said property, in trust to permit Mrs Sarah Oriel (commonly called Mrs Thompson) now living with Tyreconnel in George St Hanover Square to receive profits or live in for life To said trustees £1000 to be paid to Sarah Oriel and £500 per year for life - to be separate from the £500 per year already settled on Sarah Oriel, but Sarah Oriel to be responsible for maintenance and repair of premises rented from Lord Strathmore To reputed son and daughter, George Moore Carpenter, generally at Harrow School, and Emilia Carpenter, generally with Lady AImeria Carpenter, £2,000 each and £500 per year each for life, if either die under age the £2000 to go to the survivor but annuity to cease, all ceases if both die as minors To Charles Carpenter Oriel, born about 5 September 1800 at Seaton Senice, now living with his mother and Tyreconnel, £2000 and £500 per year for life To Frederick Henry Carpenter Oriel, born in George St, 1 November 1804, £1000 and £100 per year. If either Charles Carpenter Oriel or Frederick Henry Oriel die as minors, legacy to other but annuity to cease, if both die as minors all to cease To nephew George Carpenter £1000 and £100 per year To Mr A Beneville of Charlotte St, Portland Place, £120 per year, subject to payment of above legacies when due and of funeral expenses and debts All personal and real estate and all reversion in that given to Mrs Oriel to daughter, Lady Susan Carpenter Lady Susan Carpenter sole executrix If Tyreconnel dies within 100 miles of Owlesbury he is to be buried in the family vault, otherwise at the church nearest with as little expense as necessary Mrs Oriel to have entire care for her children and power to spend two thirds of their income on their maintenance and education
