To Mrs Elizabeth Willson (daughter of George Wilson of Workington, Cambridgeshire) now living in Chapple St., St. Margaret’s, Westminster £50 per year for life out of lands at Ellerton on Swale
To Gerolamo Francisconi £50 if in Christopher Crowe’s service
To Mary Williams £10 10s if in Christopher Crowe's service
Residue of personal estate, other moiety of above sale to Christopher Crowe the younger, if not enough to pay debts, legacies and funeral charges, surplus to be charged to manor and lands of Ellerton on Swale
Subject to clause above and to the above annuity, to Cecilius Calvert, esquire and Willey Reveley manor of and lands in Ellerton on Swale to use of Christopher Crowe the younger and heirs tail
Body to be buried in vault in parish church of Woodford, Essex, funeral expenses not to exceed £50
