Mr. Byron on east, the messuage of G.F. Dote on west, the town street on north and back lane on south; also 2 closes called the Little High Fields and the Riggs with the Cow House thereon (5 acres) in Bowes adjoining lands of William Walton and William Hutton on east, lands of George Edwards esq. on west, and south, all in tenure of Joseph Richardson
