In consideration of £354 by (3) to (2) and of £116 by (3) to (1), (1) and (2) convey to (3):
Messuage, malt kiln, garth and garden in Bowes now used as an inn and called by the name of the "Shoulder of Mutton" adjoining messuage late of John Worster then of Rev. Mr. Byron on east, the messuage of G.F. Dote on west, the town street on north and back lane on south; also 2 closes called the Little High Fields and the Riggs with the Cow House thereon (5 acres) in Bowes adjoining lands of William Walton and William Hutton on east, lands of George Edwards esq. on west, and south, all in tenure of Joseph Richardson
