Messuage called Little High Field, with land (2 acres); also those 3 days work of land commonly called the Riggs in tenancy of Thomas Aisleby, adjoining lands of William Alderson on east, of the heirs of George Edwards on north, west and south, messuage with garth in Bowes, adjoining a messuage of Edward Bland on west, a messuage of William Kipling on east, the town street on the north and the back lane on south.

As to the High Fields and the Riggs, to the use of (2) for lives, remainder in tail special, remainder to right heirs of Michael Aisleby for ever.
As to residue, to the use of (1) for lives, remainder to (2), remainders over as above.
