Letter dated 14 October 1888 from Fred Brewster solicitor at 9 Albert Road, Middlesbrough, to W.C. Trevor esquire deputy Clerk of the Peace at Northallerton. He has been asked by the North eastern Railway Company to prosecute in the case against Henry Bradley for stealing a feather bed, a quilt, a bolster, a counterpane, a chamber utensil, and an iron stand, the property of the North Eastern Railway Company, and for receiving the goods knowing them to have been stolen; and asks Mr Trevor to prepare the indictment |
