With certificate of conviction at the Petty Sessional court of Claro held at Knaresborough on 30 January 1888 of Henry Heaton (an adult) and bailee of a silver watch value 20s, the property of Richard Metcalfe, for fraudulently converting it to his own use, on 31 March 1887 at the township of Menwith with Darley in the West Riding. Heaton was sentenced to hard labour in one of Her Majesty's prisons for one calendar month. Certificate dated 15 June 1888
