Certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions held at Northallerton on 29 June 1875 of William Calvert for stealing one double reined snaffle bridle with blue front, one leather martingale, one lip strap, one brass letter padlock, one lacing awl, four pieces of kersey cloth, one brass spring hook, one steel spring hook, six pieces of cloth, two dog leads, one double reined bridle with billets, and one head collar, the property of Henry Rymer, on 5 May 1875 at the township of Northallerton. Calvert was sentenced to hard labour at Northallerton prison for four calendar months. Certificate dated 27 March 1886
