- Thomas Warters of Stonegrave, owner of a pig slaughtered at Stonegrave on 29 July 1885

- John Wright of Helmsley, owner of a pig slaughtered at Helmsley on 31 July 1885

- William Shepherd of Welburn Grange, Kirby Moorside, owner of two pigs slaughtered at Welburn Grange, Kirkdale, on 2 August 1885

- Hannah Barker of Nunnington, owner of eight pigs slaughtered at Nunnington on 2 August 1885

- John Warriner of Helmsley, owner of a pig slaughtered at Helmsley on 3 August 1885
