With certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions for the borough of Bradford held at Bradford on 8 April 1881 of John Mullaney, with Dan Cummins, for stealing a quantity of tea, lead and flannel rags, the property of James Rushworth Banks, at the borough of Bradford on 9 February 1881. Mullaney, with a previous conviction for felony, was sentenced to hard labour at the prison at Leeds for 18 calendar months, and then to police supervision for five years. Certificate dated 1 December 1882
