Recognizance dated 27 June 1881 made by Edward Elliker Richardson shopkeeper and George Scott blacksmith, both of Marton, for the appearance of Richardson at the next Sessions to answer the charge of building two stone walls across the highway at Marton. An indictment on this charge had been found against him at the Sessions on 5 April 1881 |
