With certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions for the city of Manchester held on 21 October 1869 of Denis Walker for stealing £40 in money, the property of Spencer Walker; and £2 4s 6d in money, the property of John Mather, at the dwelling house of John Mather in the city of Manchester on 20 August 1869.
