Notice dated 23 June 1871 given by James Pearson that he intends to appear at the Quarter Sessions to be held on 28 June 1871 to move for a sentence to be passed in the case against the inhabitants of the township of East Rounton for not repairing the highway, following a judgement made at the Sessions held on 4 January 1871
