Quester/Baker/Wilkins had previously been convicted of felony at the Quarter Sessions for the parts of Lindsey in Lincolnshire held at Louth in the parts of Lindsey in Lincolnshire on 14 April 1868

Adams had previously been convicted of felony at a Petty Sessions held at Leven in the East Riding on 9 December 1869

With certificate of conviction at the Quarter Sessions for the parts of Lindsey in Lincolnshire held at Louth on 14 April 1868 of George Baker otherwise called George Wilkins for stealing money from Susanna Baxter on 23 January 1868.
Baker/Wilkins had also been convicted of felony at the parish of Barking in Essex on 11 February 1865. Baker/Wilkins was sentenced to hard labour at the House of Correction at Louth for 21 calendar months and for a further term of three calendar months if he failed to find sureties to keep the peace. Certificate dated 15 October 1870



With certificate of conviction before two Justices of the Peace at Leven in the division of North Holderness in the East Riding on 9 December 1869 of George Adams for stealing a pair of trousers and a waistcoat value 14s, the property of William Boak, at the parish of Hornsea in the division of North Holderness in the East Riding on 6 December 1869. Adams was sentenced to hard labour at the House of Correction at Beverley in the East Riding for six calendar months. Certificate dated 13 September 1870
