With certificate of conviction at the Special Gaol Delivery for the county of York held at the Castle of York on 8 December 1858 of Frederick Heathcoat for breaking into the dwelling house of John Jordison at the parish of Middlesbrough at about 11 o'clock at night on 31 August 1858 and stealing £1 in money, the property of the said John Jordison. Heathcoat was sentenced to hard labour at the Castle at York for 12 calendar months. Certificate dated 25 February 1865
