- order of two Justices dated 8 October 1835 that an old highway in Kirkleatham of 726 yards long and 21 feet wide is to be stopped-up and the land vested in Henry Vansittart esquire in exchange for his consent to a new highway being made through his land; with plan. An order dated 10 September 1834 to divert the old highway was confirmed at the Michaelmas Quarter Sessions 1834. Endorsed with a note that the order of confirmation was made out on 22 February 1837

- draft order of confirmation at the Michaelmas Session 1835 of the diverting and stopping-up of part of the highway in the township of Kirkleatham. Endorsed with a note that a fair copy was made of the order on 23 February 1837
