- consent dated 7 June 1824 given by six trustees of the Turnpike Road leading from the city of Durham to Boroughbridge in the West Riding to the making of a new footway from a stile on the east side of the turnpike road and extending south-westerly along the east side of the road for 991 yards ending in the township of Dishforth
- order dated 9 June 1824 from the Special Sessions for the footway to be diverted and for the old footway to be stopped-up once the new footway is made
- notice dated 11 June 1824 that the order made on 9 June 1824 will be confirmed and enrolled at the next Quarter Sessions |
