From 1 January 1810 the highway has been in disrepair in the parish of Thornton from Egg Dyke across the highway dividing the parishes of Thornton and Pickering to a lane from Yedingham to New Malton, being 550 yards in length and 7 yards in breadth
Bielby is responsible for repairs by reason of his tenure and occupation of lands adjoining the highway
