DescriptionLetter from Thomas Sawdon at Whitby to Robert Sinclair esquire asking him to move to discharge the recognizances of William Law, John Law, Joseph Harrison and others for riot and assault on John Robinson and others, respited from the last Sessions at Northallerton and referred for arbitration to William Merry, James Green, James Wilkinson and John Wilson who have settled all disputes between the parties. Mr Paul is attorney for John Robinson and others and he instructs Mr Wailes to consent, and Mr Sawdon consents to John Robinson and other recognizances being discharged in the same way
