| Description | Statement of George Markham D.D. that at the Sessions held on 4 October 1808 he presented the inhabitants of the township of Stokesley for not repairing part of the highway. It now appears that a mistake was made in the presentment, which should have been for another part of the road between Stockton and Stokesley, and so the presentment should be quashed |
